Waverly has Broken Ground!
We are excited to announce that we have begun the work on building the infrastructure in Waverly. You may have seen some dirt moving already and you will see construction banners go up next week!
Dependent on winter weather, of course, we are on track to have enough of the infrastructure in place for commercial construction to begin in the Spring and for some of the medical office to be ready late Summer, and homes and townhomes by David Weekley in the Fall.
